How to Edit a User

Step by step instructions for editing user information in Balance are found below. This is only applicable to users assigned to the Client Administrator role. If you are assigned to a different role, please work with a Client Administrator in your database to have other users' information changed.

  1. Go to Administration in the left hand column and click on 'Manage Users'.

     
     
  2. Click on the user you want to edit. Client Administrators can update the email address, phone number, first and last names, and user roles for other users. They can also reset other user's passwords on this page.
  3. Make your updates and hit 'Save changes' once you're done.

 

Please Note: Balance users cannot change a username once the user has been created. Please contact support.balance@evertrue.com if you need to have a username updated.
