How Do I Update my Multi-Factor Authentication Information?
The security of client data is a high priority here at Evertrue. We utilize a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) system when users log in to Balance. Multi-factor authentication will require a user to complete additional verification steps the first time they log on from an unfamiliar (unregistered) computer or browser. Users will be prompted to log in once daily for each browser or device they are using.
If your organization utilizes our Single Sign On setup, please disregard this article.
Users can change their contact information once logged into Balance. Each user can only change his or her own contact information. Client Administrators cannot reset, view, or alter MFA information for other users.
- Once you're logged into Balance, click on the person icon in the top right corner of any page and select 'Settings".
- On this page, you can view and edit your MFA primary and secondary email addresses and phone number. You can also reset your password and update your main phone number associated with your profile on this page. Please Note: The cell phone number under the 'Multifactor authentication information' section will be used to send access code texts when logging in. The phone number under 'User settings' is just for reference in case we ever need to call you.
- Hit Save changes when you're done.
