Balance does not support multiple sessions running simultaneously. If you attempt to open Balance in a second browser tab, you'll get this error message:

This message is typically triggered by having Balance open in multiple browser tabs. If you don't believe you have multiple tabs open, we recommend clearing cache/cookies in your browser and restarting your computer to get around this as sometimes this message can get stuck. 

We've also seen the Back and Forward buttons in the browser cause this warning, so you'll want to use the navigational links within Balance instead of the browser buttons.
