Department Module

• Department Module is being rebranded as the Fund Role Module.
• "Manage Department Access" button under Administration has been relabeled "Manage Fund Role Access" in preparation for major upgrades to the module in the next few months.
• You may also notice minor terminology changes in a few places within the "Manage Fund Role Access" view. Please reach out to support.balance@evertrue.com if you have any questions about these changes.

New Features

• You can now view and edit custom labels under Administration. 

 

•  Welcome email for new users has been updated to include the username and unique database URL.
• If you attempt to reopen a period when there are no periods available to be reopened, a message indicating no periods are available will now populate. 

Miscellaneous

• Defect with sorting by Ascending in User-Defined Reports has been fixed.
• Defect related to manually entering dates in Balance without using the full year has been resolved.
• CSV Exports have been updated and will now clear out previous data when running a new export.
• Minor wording change for when entering investment activity on Accounting page - makes it more clear that investment fees should be entered as a negative value.
• Resolved an issue with incorrect rounding related to investment activity.
