Reporting Upgrades

• NEW Endowment Market Values & Historical Gift Report is now available!
  • This new interactive report consolidates two previously separate legacy reports — the Market Values and Historical Gift Report and the Underwater Funds Report — into a single, more powerful view. 
  • Key improvements include a fully sortable data table, new Appreciation/Depreciation calculations to highlight underwater funds, All Funds/Underwater Funds toggle, and direct export to XLSX and PDF—all built to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.

Improvements & Fixes

• Transaction Types Configuration Alerts
  Administrators now receive visual warning indicators on the Transaction Types tab when configuration issues are detected, helping prevent data entry errors.

• Fund Activity Display Updates

  • Negative amounts now display in standard accounting format (parentheses)

  • Section headers have been renamed for clarity (Balance Summary and Activity Summary) and font has been standardized
  • Fund Reporting Users can now select start dates for newly created funds.
• Sub-Headers Duplicating on Multiple Pages Defect has been resolved

• Funds Being Duplicated on Import
  We identified an issue with duplicated fund category items causing duplication of funds when using Endowed or Expendable Fund imports. We have contacted all customers that have duplicative data for cleanup to prevent any issues with future importing.
