Release Date: October 17, 2026

NEW "Legacy Reports" Folder

As part of our ongoing move to accessible, interactive data table reporting, the Reporting menu now groups older SSRS-based reports that already have an upgraded interactive replacement into a clearly labeled "Legacy Reports" folder.

  • A new Legacy Reports section appears in the Reporting menu, below your active report categories
  • Each legacy report is clearly labeled and includes a short description pointing to its upgraded replacement and the planned removal date

  • Legacy reports still appear in report search, tagged "Legacy", and clicking one takes you to it inside the Legacy Reports folder

  • Standard-report legacy versions are targeted for removal by end of 2027; custom reports will follow a separate, extended timeline.

  • The following reports have moved to the Legacy Reports folder in this release, with their interactive replacements already available:

    • Endowment Transaction Rollforward Report → Endowment Transaction Rollforward (Data Table)

    • Market Values and Historical Gift Report → Endowment Market Value and Historical Gift Report

    • Underwater Funds Report → Endowment Market Value and Historical Gift Report

    • Reconciliation Activity History Report → Reconciliation History Report

    • Expendable Fund Activity Report with Drill Down → Expendable Fund Activity Report

New User-Defined Reporting Fields: Endowment & Expendable Fund Mapping

Two new fields are now available when building User-Defined Reports (UDR) from Profile-based data sources, making it easier to report across linked endowment and expendable funds without a manual cross-reference.

  • Endowment Funds Mapped - for expendable funds, shows the linked endowment fund number(s)

  • Expendable Funds Mapped - for endowment funds, shows the linked expendable fund number(s), comma-separated if more than one

Security Updates

This release also includes a number of under-the-hood security hardening updates as part of our ongoing third-party penetration testing program.
