To facilitate transferring data from Balance to your GL, we're is able to program custom journal entry exports for your use. If you do not have any GL Exports programmed yet, please reach out to support.balance@evertrue.com for assistance starting this process!

1. Navigate to Import/Export on the left side panel in your Balance database, then hit the 'Create new export' button as shown below.

   

2. You'll need to select the period to run the export, choose a GL date, select an export to run, then hit 'Create export'. 

   

    
3. The Export will appear on your screen, hit 'Download file'.
