Logging into Balance

First time logging into the new upgraded version of Balance? We got you!

You should have received a new URL specific to your database. If you're not sure that you have the new link, contact your database administrator or reach out to our support team for assistance.

When you log in for the first time, you'll want to use the Forgot Password button to reset your password. You'll be prompted to input your username, which will not be changing.

You'll then have the option to receive a verification code via email or cell, depending on what you previously had setup in your original database. You'll input the verification code once received, create a new password, then you'll be logged in!

Password Requirements

  • At least 1 upper case character
  • At least 1 lower case character
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 special character (!?-@#$%^&*)
    Please note: you can only have one of each special character in your password
  • Minimum of 8 characters in length

 

Having Trouble Logging In? 

Some users are experiencing issues logging back in after being timed out due to inactivity. In this case, we recommend clearing cache and cookies then logging in again.
