Fund Reporting Module Overview

Want to Increase fund transparency and reduce phone calls and emails by providing online access to reports and fund balances directly to internal stakeholders?
Balance’s Fund Reporting Module allows the Business Office to provide report-only access for specific funds or groups of funds, both endowed and expendable (if applicable), to staff, administrators, Development and others. This module allows an organization to provide greater transparency and timely reporting to an unlimited number of users, all while keeping control of the numbers within the Business Office. Fund Reporting Module users cannot edit, add, or modify any data or financial information.
This module can be configured with Single Sign-On for members of InCommon.
Fund Reporting Module Views
Database Administrators can customize messaging on the Dashboard for their users. The Dashboard also includes a Total Market Value and Total Funds graph for all funds assigned to the Fund Reporting user.
The Funds page has all the data your Fund Reporting users need to view for their assigned funds.
The Reporting page includes all reports made available for Fund Reporting users. Database Administrators can set reporting dates to limit the data these users can generate reports for.
